		<description>At first glance I preferred #33 - perhaps just because I saw it first and it was brighter.  But, after spending a few more minutes comparing them, I think Lisa probably liked #34 more because the piecing was more detailed, tighter and I guess more sophisticated.  They are both great, but 'art-wise' I prefer #34.  

I like what Danielle said about the "open" spaces of the west - I'm a big fan of the west for that reason both in Canada and the U.S.

		<description>I think #33 speaks to me more because it feels more "open" like the western states are. I also like the muted browns more than the bright golds, but I think I'd say that about almost anything. :-)

Both are beautiful, though. Such lovely works.</description>

		<description>These are both wonderful, but actually I prefer the earlier blue piece, because the blues themselves are so much clearer and deeper--and there seems to be more movement in it.&lt;BR/&gt;I can feel that mountain air in my lungs!</description>
