But, after spending a few more minutes comparing them, I think Lisa probably liked #34 more because the piecing was more detailed, tighter and I guess more sophisticated. They are both great, but 'art-wise' I prefer #34. I like what Danielle said about the "open" spaces of the west - I'm a big fan of the west for that reason both in Canada and the U.S. Sherrill At first glance I preferred #33 - perhaps just because I saw it first and it was brighter. I also like the muted browns more than the bright golds, but I think I'd say that about almost anything. :-) Both are beautiful, though. Such lovely works.
