Patty - I don't think I can match you on the 47 boxes of studio stuff. That is absolutely impressive! I'm being super picky about what I'll put in a box that is possibly not gong to be opened for 6months. There is a ton of stuff on my curb right now for the donation people to pick up. I'm thinking about holding a fabric garage sale also.

Deb - excellent comments - see the next post.

Natalya - I recommend living near your friends friends. I don't - so I'm moving! Soon my son will be driving - that will be a huge help also.

I'm exhausted! How do you keep such focus? And when do you have time for fun and relaxation? I admire your fortitude.

Oh Lisa - what a crazy weekend. I admire that you can even remember it all and record it for posterity! I moved myself about 4.5 years ago and could not believe all the stuff that I had. It just overwhelms and sucks the life out of you. I did have a dear friend that helped me move my sewing stuff. The real estate company has a box truck that they let you borrow for free - all you have to do is put gas in it. I managed to get an extra day with the truck and my friend and I stopped counting when we had loaded 47 boxes of sewing stuff. I did not realize I has so much sewing stuff. After 4.5 years I still have a few boxes I still have not opened. What's inside? Do I really need it? Where does it all come from?
I wish you the best on your moving adventure and that the move will help you accomplish your goals.
