I'm not sure what the answer is - but it might give me something to blog this week since there isn't much art going on right now :) Wow Stacey - that's a lot of showings in 8 weeks. I have plans for my house to sell in 2 weeks or less. I've got 2 people already waiting to see the house so that's a good sign! Good luck with a quick sale of your house - sounds like you'll have it in great shape for showing. We had 57 showings of our house in 8 weeks on the market - thank goodness we weren't living there for most of that time -I would have gone crazy!
