As far as self-publishing the book, have you checked out www.blurb.com?? I published a hardcover portfolio of my solo show through Blurb, and I was really impressed with how professional it looked. You can do hardback or paperback, and they do a great job with great prices. Seriously - if you haven't checked it out, do. You can even set it up so that people can buy your book right through Blurb and they send you a check for the profit (you set the price). Good luck with the sale of your house Lisa!
