		<description>seems like the greens and yellows are off on my screen, just in case that helps or not. the contrast looks good (which on laptops tends to be too bright in my opinion)  other than that, the actual subject matter is quite beautiful and fresh!</description>

		<description>I believe the technical reason given for not bothering to calibrate a laptop is that the pixels are constantly changing.  I was also told that just the angle of the screen itself changes the colors.</description>

Pat - I'm curious why you were told it won't help.  It definitely changes how things look.  I'm using Spyder III to do the calibration.  I redid it this morning and seems much better.

Janine - that's so cool you have recognized something that really inspires you.  I take a lot of tree pictures also but what I really love are canyon walls.  I need to go back to the grand canyon!</description>
