Hey Jana - that's great. extreme programming and scrum are very similar. Scrum doesn't include much engineering process, like paired programming, so they are very often combined. How cool you have done both.

Best of luck with your marketing - glad this is of help. I hope your studio 17 works out!

Thanks Mary - I wish I were as motivated as I sound. Last week I had sick kids and took a day off work feeling not so well myself. So the result was I did almost nothing other than blog and work in my studio 10 hours last week. This week I'm determined to get more done!

Hi Lisa, about 5 years ago I was on a software team that did scrum, although back then we called it extreme programming, I think. For a year I wrote the user stories and after a sprint provided evaluation. Lots of fun, very challenging, sometimes frustrating evaluating unstable software.

I'm following your application of scrum to art closely and I will definitely be trying this out myself. I plan to create a series during Nov, Dec, and Jan, so that will be a fine time to exercise the scrum process. And after creation, then apply scrum to the marketing process.

thanks for the Studio 17 tips!
