Today’s joy – completing 2 more small textile paintings. Woohoo! You can purchase them here. [Update 12/14: Both have been sold.]
Also got a drawing from the builder on what my house will look like with the porch I want and it looked great. Now just waiting for cost to see if I can afford to do it. I think the answer will be yes and then my house is going to look great and I’ll get a porch swing. I love love love to swing.
This is probably my shortest post ever. Have a great weekend everyone.

Go for the porch. You won’t be sorry.
If it comes down to a money issue, look inside and see if there is anything that you had planned to do inside that can be delayed a while without adding additional cost to that item.

I totally agree with Kay- go for it now-figure out how to make the money work, as it will be so much easier now to have it done rather than later. love porch swings. great new textile paintings.
love, love, love these small pieces!
Yes, yes…go for the porch. I have a porch swing right off my bedroom but DH took it down when Ike blew through. I’ll be putting on new chain come spring and re-hanging it.
I agree Kay and Cher and Cheryl – I can skip finishing the small basement for now and do the porch – later on I’ll finish the basement. It really makes the house look better and I love love to swing!
Thanks Mary!!! :)
Structure 106 is stunning! Of course I was drawn to all the black, red & white ones as those are “my colors”. I can see why they sold already. Take Care!!
