Things I’ve Done

I found this list on Karine Swenson’s blog and thought it was fun. In the absence of art content for today (didn’t sleep well last night and my brain is just up to deep thoughts) I’ve decided to go with this list.

It’s fun to do silly things once in a while.

I’ve put in bold the things I’ve done. I’ve crossed off the things I have no interest in ever doing. So that leaves me with 45 things left over. Most aren’t big goals of mine and I won’t be pursuing them but you never know!

This is fun! I stole it for my blog :). I do think I ought to make my own list though….hmmm…..what do I want to do….

  2. This is fun. I might have to try it myself.
On another subject from a few days ago….I found this quote on the color purple and thought of you.

All the other colors are just colors, but purple seems to have a soul. Purple is not just a noun and an adjective but also a verb – when you look at it, it’s looking back at you. ~Uniek Swain

There were a whole lot of things I’ve done today that aren’t on your list. LOL – finishing mounting all my pieces, adding hanging eyelets and hanging wires, re-calculating prices to include the canvasses and paint/hanging supplies which meant digging out invoices (a huge motivator for good office systems), to create a more organized gallery list since all the pieces are “home” right now, and to take pictures of the piece plus canvas for the blog. I sure missed my photographer. They look great. A long day. You can see them at:

  4. So… you want to get fired from a job? LOL :)

  5. Sometimes I can’t spell my own name… (see the previous comment)

Katy – I agree – making my own list would be better (but more work :)

Deb – that is awesome! I love it – purple is a verb.

Myrna – they look great – that was a lot of work. But congrats to you for seeing it through.

Tricia – funny – but hm – could be really fun depending on the cause!
